When our dancers are seniors, our priority is providing a community and giving our dancers the opportunities and tools they need to reach for what THEY want. If that's a career in the performance industry, we'll be backing them with fierce training and a solid understanding of how to succeed. If they're looking forward to something else, we encourage them with leadership opportunities, business training and a community cheering them on.
