At ProgressDNA, we value our family feel and encourage our dancers to get into their Progress Pride by rocking it in the ProgressDNA Uniform!
All dancers must be in full ProgressDNA uniform.
Our uniform is mandatory, but we have heaps of options for each class, with new items coming in regularly, to ensure that each dancer can feel confident, cool and comfortable!
Why is our uniform mandatory?
Safety: Being in the correct attire can prevent injury in class for both staff and students!
Family feel: Dancers feel like they're a part of the family when they're all rocking the Progress blue together - this encourages teamwork and ensures that no dancers feel left out.
Focus: Putting on a uniform can get kids into a specific mindset, so putting on their class clothes will get them into their class mindset!
Unrestricted movement: Making sure that dancers can move unrestricted is super important! The right shoes ensure that they can turn, leap and move safely. The right clothes means they can stretch, kick and flip effectively. Our uniforms are custom-designed to ensure full range of movement!
We have multiple options available for our dancers in all styles, and can all be purchased through us here at Progress in-studio or via our online store!

Please note that 100% black shoes will be a requirement for performances.

All students must wear canvas contemporary shoes (half soles).
Teen/Senior (Year 8+)
Older dancers are encouraged to mix and match studio wear with externally sourced 100% black dance wear to explore their individuality and dress for comfort. Please ensure that all clothes worn for class are exercise appropriate and safe for class.
T-shirts worn in class must be ProgressDNA Branded
Dancers must be in fitted apparel (fitted leggings or shorts with a crop or leotard) for acrobatics and circus
Dancers must be in a leotard and tights for ballet.
